The project responds to the street’s established rhythm of working-class housing by adopting a similar approach to repetition and order. Inspired by the site's topography, the building’s elongated form harmonizes with the terrain, creating defined boundaries.

A key concept was to establish a private sanctuary within the urban fabric. By turning away from the street, except for the main entrance and garage, the house prioritizes intimacy and seclusion. The interior is divided into public and private zones, with social spaces located closer to the street and more intimate areas positioned towards the rear.

The building's architecture is characterized by three distinct volumes arranged north to south, each capped with an inclined roof. This structural framework translates into a clear and hierarchical interior layout.
