A two floor penthouse that had in the original floor two small bedrooms and a terrace with a pool didn’t fit the new dweller’s lifestyle: a Young bachelor who loves to  cook and to invite friends over for poker nights.

The challenge was to transform the place and leave it with his personality. The chosen color pallete was then defined in grey, black and wood. The plan was completely remade: in the lower floor the two bedrooms became a bigger one, with bathroom and changing room.

The dining room took over the living room, making the kitchen bigger and creating a space dedicated to cooking for friends.

The stairs received rods that also served as handrails, leaving it at the same time safe and with a contemporary aspect. In the upper floor, the living room became a big home theater including the poker table. To integrate the barbeque área, all divisions and closures are made out of glass.
