Can You Really Make Art from Glitches?

Like most artists living in London, Leonardo Suozzo doesn’t has the luxury of having his aesthetic itch scratched working his day job. Instead he turns to creating fantastical glitch art to fulfill his creative spurs.

Using a combination of standard graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator in conjunction with custom JavaScript programs Suozzo crafts compelling and aesthetically startling pieces of work. But can they really be considered pieces of art?

Crane.TV sought out the President of the Royal Academy of Arts Christopher Le Brun to express his opinion of Suozzo’s work. Can you really create art from Glitches?
