The Church Street Butcher has been re-designed to create an entirely organic retail experience in the heart of Brighton, Australia.

The new design embraces the business’s commitment to sourcing quality, sustainable, organic produce for the local community; scrubbing away the clinical tiles, cluttered displays, and harsh strip lighting from before. The new design has resulted in a harmonious space that aligns the Church Street Butcher’s interior with its expanded retail offering and expert team.

Brief
The intent was to create an inviting retail experience for customers and for the store to stand out on Brighton’s bustling main street.

Prior to the refurbishment, the Church Street Butcher’s offering had grown beyond its original set up as a local butcher to include deli products and fresh vegetables.
